Minnedosa Cabin Area Fire Inspection Agreement
Fire inspections are required by all lease holders for cabins/cottages they are considering selling or that require name changes on the lease agreement. Once the Fire Inspection has been completed and all deficiencies have been resolved, a final report will be provided to the Town of Minnedosa stating that everything is compliant. Only at that time will the town move forward with your request for name change on the lease or allow you to proceed with the sale of the cabin.
