Tanner’s Crossing Planning District (TCPD) regulates all building in Minnedosa and the RM of Minto-Odanah, Manitoba and is responsible for building inspections, fire safety inspections, permits (building, move-in, development, plumbing, demolition, etc.), planning (conditional uses, variation orders, rezoning, development plan amendments) and zoning memorandums. TCPD is responsible for building inspections only for the Municipality of Clanwilliam-Erickson, Manitoba.
